Meet Karissa Duel

We wanted to introduce you all to our friend Karissa. Karissa is one of the most accomplished athletes we've ever had the pleasure of working with! We met a few months ago after Karissa tried our products via The Feed. Since then, we have been in constant contact, finding all sorts of different ways to collaborate. Besides being an amazing competitor, Karissa has all sorts of tips and recipes to help boost performance and incorporate our products into your routine.

Here's a bit more about Karissa in her own words!

"I'm a small town girl from Wisconsin who moved to Miami, Florida in 2014!

It all began when... 2 co-workers told me to sign up for a local Thanksgiving 5K. Post-race I got the runners high and joined a local run club. I started to fall in love with running and wanted to take it to the next level. I started training with my coach, Reinaldo de Oliveira - RF Sports, and registered for the Fort Lauderdale Half-Marathon a week before the race. (At that time 7 miles was the longest I had ever run).A week after the Half-Marathon I went to visit a local bike shop intending to purchase a beach cruiser but instead walked out of the bike shop with a triathlon bike. The rest is history.When I'm not swimming, biking, and/or running you can find me spending quality time with my family and friends, eating healthy foods, drinking coffee and exploring the world."

"I am extremely passionate about running and triathlon. I try to stay active and involved in the Miami Running and Triathlon community as well as back home in Wisconsin.(South Beach Track Club, Nike Run Club, iRun, etc.) I love living a very healthy and active lifestyle and surrounding myself with like-minded individuals."
